Cezium Ads started as the first TikTok integration for SFMC. Our clients asked us to add every other channel. So we did — and rebuilt the experience from the ground up.

Our Story

It Started With a Conversation at CNX22

We met TikTok's Head of US Partnerships by chance at Salesforce Connections 2022. At the time, there was no public TikTok Ads API — and Salesforce had no plans to add TikTok to Advertising Studio. So we partnered with both teams, built the integration, and launched TikTok Ads on the AppExchange at CNX23 — the first way for SFMC users to push audiences to TikTok.

To make adoption easy, we matched Advertising Studio's interface so users would feel at home. But we didn't stop there: we fixed the pain points Ad Studio never addressed — multi-source audiences, multi-BU volume allocation, and built-in analytics.

Then something unexpected happened. After every demo, clients asked the same question: "Can you add Facebook?" They loved the experience and wanted to replace Advertising Studio entirely. So we added Meta. Then Google, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LINE. We're not an alternative anymore. We're the upgrade.
